The FairFly travel data platform has included a free module to assist travel buyers in handling against disruptions and security issues related to Covid-19.
The module enables users to assess itineraries against regions affected by the virus, along with risk data from the World Health Organization and federal health agencies. The module also updates when new threat data is declared, flagging itineraries affected by the new restrictions.
It features the ability to get hold of travellers who need support or care from the platform and assists with handling cancellations, measuring fees and changed prices.
